GECA Environnement organized its first team retreat, at its head office near Quebec last September. We brought together all GECA’s members, including those who live in other countries and regions.
During this event, our team participated in a wide range of activities. This includes visits to pyrolysis and torrefaction plants, training sessions to hone our skills, improve our collaboration, deepen our commitment to sustainable development as well as sessions to improve our processes and quality control.
It was a week filled with knowledge sharing, idea generation and team building. We would like to express our deep gratitude to all the members of our team for their commitment and enthusiasm which allow us to reach new heights every day.
